Party Packages & Themes
We offer four party packages to suit your little one’s amd needs. Gold and Silver parties are exclusive hire (max capacity 40 including adults and children) available on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you want a more low key party, or have a smaller budget, our Bronze packages are for you! We offer two Bronze packages; one exclusive hire and one non-exclusive hire. During our weekday sessions. Please see below for more details.
You can now book your party online, by following the “book now” button below. A 50% deposit is required on booking for the Gold and Silver package and full payment is required when booking the bronze packages. The remainder will need to be paid on the day of the party.
No refunds are accepted.
Gold Packages
Exclusive hire (subject to availability). Max capacity 40 (including adults and children) with a max number of children of 15. We only accept birthdays where the birthday child is turning 4 or under. Only older children (over 6 years) that may attend are the siblings of the party child. Older children are welcome BUT they will not have access to the role play area and and still need to count towards the overall capacity.
Party times and prices:
Saturdays at 12pm and Sundays at 9.30am and 12.30pm
Total cost: £350 + VAT
Price includes:
- Exclusive hire
- 2 hours role play fun - (1 hour 15 mins playing in our role play area followed by 45 mins eating and singing happy birthday and a mini disco.
- Themed personalised lunchboxes (with birthday child’s name and age on) with pre-prepared party food and a drink. This includes the first 10 children (including the party child) and thereafter, an additional charge of £5 per child for food will apply
- Themed tablescape from a range of our themes
- Plates, napkins and table balloons included to tie in with theme
- Themed backdrops
- Large light up number
Optional Extra:
We can supply themed birthday cakes made by Ellie’s Baking Goods for additional cost.
Silver Packages
Exclusive hire (subject to availability). Max capacity 40 (including adults and children) with a max number of children of 15. We only accept birthdays where the birthday child is turning 4 or under. Only older children (over 6 years) that may attend are the siblings of the party child. Older children are welcome BUT they will not have access to the role play area and count towards the overall capacity.

Bronze Package
Want to celebrate your little one’s birthday but want something to suit your budget, is more low key or only have a small number of little ones coming? Then our Bronze packages are for you. We have two new options as follows:
Option 1 - £200 + VAT
Exclusive hire of our weekday sessions and use of cafe area. You may bring a birthday cake to eat during the session (terms and conditions apply see below).
Option 2 - £100 + VAT
Non- exclusive hire held within one of our play sessions (shared with the public). The package allows you 12 spaces (including all adults and children attending), two reserved tables and you may bring a birthday cake to eat during the session (terms and conditions apply see below).

T&C’s - Please read
No other food or drink is permitted other than the birthday cake. The cafe is open for anyone to purchase drinks and snacks. No more than 12 people (non exclusive hire) and 30 people (exclusive hire) are permitted. This includes all adults, children, the birthday child and you that are attending. Please do not turn up with extra people as they will be not be permitted in. Only paper plates for the cake will be allowed and one balloon. No other tableware please.

Patch Parties
A fun, creative party perfect for older children who love to design, customise and take something special home with them.
Each child will create their own personalised item to keep – choosing from a jacket, rucksack, hoodie or tote bag – using a range of fun patches and accessories.
What’s included:
• A fully hosted 2-hour party
• Design and decorate your own item to take home
• Choice of pizza or McDonald’s for each child
• Mini disco to finish the party
• Exclusive use of the space during your booking

• Price includes 10 children
• Additional children: £35 per child
• Suitable for children aged 5–11 years

Deluxe Princess Party
A magical, fully hosted princess experience designed to make your child feel truly special from start to finish.
From dress-up and creative activities to a beautifully styled party table and mini princess ball, this package is all about creating unforgettable memories.

2 hours 15 minutes overall exclusive party experience which includes:
• Princess-themed entrance styling to welcome your guests
• 1 hour 30 minutes of role play fun, including:
• Princess crown making
• Glitter tattoos
• A selection of beautiful princess dresses and accessories for you and your guests to use

Looking for the perfect way to celebrate your little one turning ONE? Our brand new first birthday package is designed especially for tiny guests and relaxed celebrations with family and close friends

* Themed buffet table set-up with banner, simple balloons & light-up number 1
* Bring your own adult buffet food (with the option for us to arrange this at an additional cost)
